About the Company: The Jon Mozo Gallery
The Jon Mozo Gallery continues to share Jon's artistry with the world. Throughout Jon's life, he photographed thousands of images that have never been viewed and released. The Jon Mozo Gallery's mission is to continue Jon's vision.
Jon not only wanted to share his love of the water and the Pacific region, Jon wished to express his experiences, learnings, and inner most thoughts. Jon has a unique, positive visual message to share with the world, to contribute back to a world that has given so much to him.
"If I die today Ñ it's fine. I've lived a good and full life. The ocean has given me so much. One day it will need to take and I will give. I have love for you all Ñ very much so. I will always be watching over. Kia kaha (Be strong)."
The above note was found by Allen Mozo, Jon's older brother a little over a year after his death. The note wasn't addresses to any one person and it was accompanied by a photo of Jon surfing at the break that ended his life.
It is because of Jon's passion for his craft and life itself that we honor him by continuing his work.
"This art reflects who I am and what I've witnessed. It is my hope that these images inspire you to seek and experience the 'world' you desire." ÑJon Mozo, 2/8/05
Jon Mozo's images are available in selected retail stores, galleries and from this official Jon Mozo Gallery web site.
